1.- Who we are
The website www.diagnostiqa.com (hereinafter “Website”) is operated by DiagnóstiQA Consultoría Técnica S.L., with VAT ID B-85.123.875 and registered office in Madrid, at Polo Norte 5, 28850, TORREJON DE ARDOZ constituted in Spain and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, Volume 24.405, Folio 57, Page M-438924, inscription 1ª.
2.- General conditions of use of the Portal
2.1. Authorized use
The present Legal Notice establishes the general conditions of use (hereinafter, “General Conditions”) that regulate the use of the information that DiagnóstiQA puts at the disposal of website users. Access to and use of the website implies that the user (hereinafter, the “User”) accepts in these General Conditions in their totality, as well as the instructions, recommendations or particular conditions that are indicated in each concrete case. In this regard, the User must take into consideration that some of the services provided through the website may be subject to special conditions, which will complete and/or, where appropriate, replace the content of these General Conditions, and which must be accepted by the User before the corresponding service is provided. If the User does not accept the General Conditions, he/she must not use and/or is not authorized to use this website.
Access to the website is free of charge, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the User.
The User promises not to use the website with fraudulent aims, as well as not to carry out any conduct that could damage the image, the interests and the rights of DiagnóstiQA or of third parties. Also, the User agrees to not carry out any act with the object to damage, to render useless or to overload the website or prevent in any form, its normal use and operation.
In case you breach these General Conditions or DiagnóstiQA reasonably suspects that you are in breach of them, DiagnóstiQA reserves the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to the website, adopting any technical measure that is necessary for that purpose. Also, DiagnóstiQA reserves the right, at any moment, to decide on the continuity of the services that it gives through the website.

In order to help you find additional information, we have included various links that allow the User to access other webs (hereinafter, “Linked Sites”). In these cases, DiagnóstiQA acts as an intermediary service provider, according to Article 17 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, of Services of the Society of the Information and of Electronic Trade. In accordance with that foreseen in the mentioned legislation, DiagnóstiQA will not be responsible for the services and contents facilitated across the Linked Sites, unless it has effective knowledge of the illicitness and has not deactivated the link with due diligence.
In no case, does the existence of Linked Sites imply recommendation, promotion, identification or conformity of DiagnóstiQA with the manifestations, contents or services provided through the Linked Sites. Consequently, DiagnóstiQA is not responsible for the content of the Linked Sites, nor for their conditions of use and privacy policies, being the User the only responsible party for checking and accepting them every time he accesses and uses them.
DiagnóstiQA reserves the right to prohibit or disable at any time the links to the website, especially in case of illicit activity or contents of the page or site.
If the User considers that illicit, harmful, denigrating, violent or inadequate contents exist in the Linked Site, they should inform DiagnóstiQA using the following email address: info@diagnostiqa.com. Nevertheless, the above mentioned communication in no case will entail the obligation of DiagnóstiQA to withdraw the corresponding link, neither it supposes necessarily the effective knowledge of DiagnóstiQA of the illicitness of the contents of the Linked Site, to the effects of the foreseen in the in corresponding regulation.
2.3. General
The use of the Website is governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law and it shall be understood that, by using the website, the User agrees that any conflict or dispute arising between them and DQA shall be dealt with exclusively by the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with the applicable legislation.
In the event that any of the provisions contained in these General Conditions is declared null and void, it will be withdrawn or replaced. In any case, such declaration of nullity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions contained in these General Conditions.
